C2SKY Kite & Wing Center is the trading name of CÔNG TY TNHH C2SKY, a company registered in Vietnam and operating at 12 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne Ward, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam.

The company is the contracting party for everything on this site. Enquiries and bookings are handled by the C2SKY team by message; a booking exists when we have confirmed it to you, not when you send a request.

A lesson price covers all instruction and all equipment needed for the lesson. That is the whole of what is included.

Anything not named there is not included and we will not imply otherwise. In particular this page makes no claim about travel insurance, transport to or from the beach, photography or video, or the issuing fee for an IKO or IWO card. If any of those matter to you, ask before you book and we will tell you plainly.

Kitesurfing and wingfoiling depend on wind, and Mui Ne does not always deliver it. Two commitments apply, and they are different in kind.

We always try to reschedule your lesson for the next suitable wind. That is an undertaking to try, made in good faith and limited by the instructor and equipment actually available on the day.

You pay only for the lesson hours you actually complete. That is the hard commitment: you are never billed for a lesson you did not have.

This is not a money-back guarantee and must not be read as one. It is the stronger half of the promise anyway, because it is the half we can always keep.

Prices for lessons, rental, storage and transfers are published on this site in euros and are the prices we charge.

No payment is taken on this website today. Bookings are agreed by message and settled with C2SKY directly.

Where a deposit, a payment deadline or a specific payment method applies to your booking, it is agreed with you in writing at the time of booking. This page does not state a general rule, because there is not one to state.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as early as you can. The following applies to lessons, rental, storage, transfers and tours.

More than 48 hours before your booking: free cancellation, at no charge.

Within 48 hours of your booking: 50% of the booking is charged.

On the day of your booking, or if you do not turn up: the full amount is charged.

The wind rule in the previous section is separate and is not affected by any of this. If there is no suitable wind we always try to reschedule, and you pay only for the lesson hours you actually complete — that is true whenever you told us, and a no-wind day is never a late cancellation.

Accommodation is not covered by this policy. C2SKY does not operate accommodation; if we help you find somewhere to stay, you book directly with that place and their cancellation terms apply, not these.

C2SKY does not operate accommodation, and there is no bookable accommodation on this website. Nothing on these pages reserves a room, holds a bed or takes money for one.

Help finding somewhere to stay is a separate, free service from the school. When we recommend a place, you book directly with that property, the agreement is between you and them, and their rates, guarantee and cancellation policy apply — not ours. C2SKY takes no payment for it and is not a party to that booking.

Section 05 above covers lessons, rental, storage, transfers and tours. It does not cover accommodation.

Kitesurfing and wingfoiling are water sports with real risk. You take part voluntarily, and for either sport you are responsible for representing your own health, swimming ability and experience accurately. Both are taught and ridden in open water, and being comfortable in the water matters as much on a wing as on a kite.

You must follow your instructor's directions, the safety briefing and the rules of the beach at all times. We can end a lesson or a rental, without notice, if continuing would be unsafe — for you, for another rider or for a third party.

IKO requires a student to be able to swim before Level 2. That is IKO's rule for its own kitesurfing certification, and it is stated here as IKO's. Any further requirement that applies to you — age, weight range, medical condition — is told to you before you book, for either sport.

Equipment supplied for a lesson is included in the lesson price. Rental equipment is your responsibility while it is in your care; see the next section.

Rental is for riders who can already ride independently. We may ask about your experience or ask you to demonstrate it before renting to you, and we may decline if conditions or ability make renting unsafe.

Gear insurance is included with rental. It covers accidental damage and breakage to the equipment you rent. Loss is not covered: if gear does not come back, the insurance does not cover it.

Equipment must be returned in the condition it was collected in, allowing for ordinary wear. Where a deposit, an excess or a damage charge applies to your hire, it is agreed with you in writing at the time of hire. This page does not publish a general deposit or damage schedule, because C2SKY has not set one, and a schedule invented here would be a charge nobody agreed to.

Storage is a place to keep your own equipment. It is not insurance, and it does not transfer risk in your equipment to C2SKY.

Transfer and tour prices are published on this site. Journey times are estimates and depend on traffic and road conditions.

Where a transfer or tour is operated by a third-party supplier, that supplier's own terms apply to the journey itself and we will tell you so when you book.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, C2SKY is not liable for loss or damage to your personal property, for conditions beyond our control including weather, sea state and local restrictions, or for the acts of third-party suppliers.

This site makes no claim that you are insured through C2SKY. You are strongly advised to hold travel and personal-accident insurance that covers water sports, and to check that it covers kitesurfing or wingfoiling specifically — many policies exclude them.

We sometimes photograph or film on the beach. If we want to use an image in which you are identifiable, we ask you separately — when you book, or when you arrive — and you choose then.

Saying yes is optional and saying no changes nothing: you get the same lesson, the same rental and the same room either way. Accepting these terms is not consent, and we do not treat it as consent.

If you agree and later change your mind, tell us and we stop using the image.

Prices on this site are published in euros. Where a payment is taken in another currency, the amount and the rate used are shown to you before you pay — never after.

We may change published prices, but never for a booking we have already confirmed with you.

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, where the company is registered and where the services are delivered.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
