When you send an enquiry, you choose what to tell us: typically a name, a way to reach you, your dates and what you want to do. We use it to answer you and to arrange what you book. Nothing more.

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is the enquiry. It reaches us through WhatsApp, not through this website.

When you book, we keep the booking record — what was booked, when, for whom, and what was paid, because we have to run the business and keep accounts.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

This website sets no cookies of its own. That is a property of how it is built, not a promise we are asking you to take on trust.

Some pages remember small things in your own browser so the page still works when you come back — for example which items you have ticked in a guide checklist. That stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

If website analytics is switched on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Where it is active, we run it with IP anonymisation enabled. See the next section.

We want to know which pages help people and which do not. Where analytics is active, we use Google Analytics 4, configured with IP anonymisation.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and TripAdvisor are ordinary outbound links. Nothing is embedded from them and they receive nothing until you click.

No payment is taken on this website today.

When online payment is switched on, card details are handled by the payment provider and never by this website. C2SKY does not see, store or process card numbers. Accommodation paid through the Cloudbeds booking engine is handled entirely by Cloudbeds.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for answering you and for understanding demand across a season.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as accounting and tax law in Vietnam requires.

We do not have an automatic deletion schedule today. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask for a copy of your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Because C2SKY operates in Vietnam and serves visitors from many countries, data you send us is processed in Vietnam and by the service providers listed above, which may be outside your own country.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child through it. Where a lesson is booked for a minor, the booking is made by a parent or guardian, who provides the details.

If what we do with personal data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We will not quietly widen what we do and leave the page as it was.
