The kite beach is the school beach and the everyday session. Wingfoil Beach is seasonal, further out, flatter, and where wings and downwinders go.
Wingfoil Beach is seasonal, roughly October to the end of April. Which spot a session runs from is a decision your instructor makes on the day, on the wind. Ask us and we will tell you.
DOES IT SUIT YOUR LEVEL?
Standing depth, side-onshore wind and a school on the sand. This is close to the best case for a first course anywhere in Asia.
Long runs, room to fail, and staff who will watch your session and tell you what your back hand is doing wrong.
Reliable season wind and a beach you can ride daily for weeks. Not a wave spot — come for hours on the water, not for swell.
LOCAL PRACTICALITIES.
Kites, boards and bars from the rack. Published rates are on the rental page.
Leave your own kit sixty seconds from the water instead of hauling it from a hotel every morning.
Small repairs are handled at the centre where possible. We do not advertise a workshop service we cannot guarantee turnaround on.
Private transfer from the Ho Chi Minh airport, from your hotel in the city, or from Cam Ranh. Priced per car — never per kilometre.
We do not run accommodation. We do know this strip, so tell us your dates and we will point you at places in Mui Ne we know ourselves.
RIDER ETIQUETTE.
Right of way: rider going upwind gives way to the rider coming downwind.
Jumping close to the beach with beginners around is not confidence, it is a hazard.
Land your kite with help, and help someone land theirs.
This is working water as well as riding water. Give any boat a wide berth and ride behind it, not across it.
If somebody is down for a while, ride past close enough to check.
Beginners work the inside, upwind end. Give them room, ride behind them, and the beach stays friendly for everybody.
